Grand Soleil 45 with 3 cabins and fully refitted in 2024
This magnificent 1992 sailing yacht – German Frers design, featuring a retractable transom and a bathing platform, has undergone a complete refit in 2023-2024 and is in "like new" condition according to the available marine survey.
The work includes structural reinforcement, a full paint job on the hull, mast, and boom with AWL grip, as well as replacement of all fittings and rigging. The teak deck was sanded, winches dismantled and chrome-plated, and the toilets and plumbing replaced. Additionally, new equipment such as a Jabsco autoclave, an Antal mainsail track, a Profurl jib furler, and Gottifredi Maffioli textiles have been installed. The memory foam mattresses in the aft cabin add extra comfort.
Two sets of sails are on board: one for cruising and the other for regattas with Tape Drive. Possibility to keep the mooring berth. Last antifouling in 2024.
